Draft — not legally reviewed

This page is a working draft. It has not been checked by a solicitor and is not the published policy. Values shown as [PLACEHOLDER] still need to be supplied. This page is excluded from search engines.

Returns & Refunds

You have two separate rights, and which one applies changes who pays for return postage. Both are set out below.

Start every return by contacting us

Email support@regipayconsulting.co.uk with your order number and whether the item is unwanted or faulty. We will reply with an RMA reference and the correct return address.

Please do not send anything back before you have that reference. Our stock is dispatched from several supplier warehouses, so the right return address depends on the item — there is no single published address, and a parcel sent without an RMA reference may not reach us or be traceable to your order.

Unwanted items — your 14-day right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you may cancel your order within 14 days of the day after you receive the goods, for any reason, without explanation.

Faulty, damaged, or misdescribed items

This is a different right, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.

A long delivery window does not shorten either right. The 14-day and 30-day periods both start when the goods arrive, not when you ordered.

Refund method and timing

Refunds go back to the PayPal account used for the order. We issue the refund within the periods above; how quickly it appears then depends on PayPal and, for card-funded payments, your card issuer.

Items we cannot take back

[LIST ANY EXCLUSIONS, OR STATE "NONE"]. Exclusions are limited by law: the 14-day right cannot be removed for ordinary stocked goods, and nothing here affects your rights over faulty items.
