Draft — not legally reviewed

This page is a working draft. It has not been checked by a solicitor and is not the published policy. Values shown as [PLACEHOLDER] still need to be supplied. This page is excluded from search engines.

Shipping

How long delivery takes

Every product page shows an estimated window for that specific item. Most fall between 5 and 12 days from dispatch.

We are a small operation and we don't hold stock in our own warehouse. Items ship directly from the supplier who makes or stocks them, which is what keeps prices at this level — and it is also why delivery takes longer than a large retailer shipping from a UK fulfilment centre. We would rather quote a window we can actually meet than promise next-day and miss it.

The window on the product page is the whole journey: supplier dispatch, transit, customs where relevant, and final delivery.

Dispatch

Orders are passed to the supplier within [DISPATCH PROCESSING DAYS] working days. You will get a confirmation email when the goods are dispatched, and a tracking number as soon as the carrier provides one.

Where we deliver

[DELIVERY COUNTRIES — e.g. UK MAINLAND ONLY]. Delivery charges, if any, are shown before you pay.

Import duty and taxes

Some items are dispatched from outside the United Kingdom. When that happens, import duty and import taxes may be charged on delivery, usually collected by the carrier before they hand the parcel over.

These charges are set and collected by customs authorities or the carrier — not by us. They are not included in the price you pay at checkout, and we cannot tell you the amount in advance because it depends on the item, its value, and the rules in force when it arrives. Where an item is known to ship from outside the UK we say so on the product page.

If your order is late

Estimates are estimates, and supplier and carrier delays happen. If your order passes the top of its window, email support@regipayconsulting.co.uk with your order number and we will chase it and tell you what we find.

By law we must deliver within 30 days of the contract being formed unless we agreed something else with you. If we miss that, you can treat the contract as at an end and get a full refund. You do not have to wait for the goods to turn up.

Damaged in transit

Goods are our responsibility until they are delivered to you. If a parcel arrives damaged, email us with photographs and we will replace or refund it, and we pay any return postage. See Returns & Refunds.
