Terms of Sale
These terms govern the sale of goods through this website. Please read them before ordering. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
Who you are buying from
This shop is operated by [SOLE TRADER FULL NAME], trading as Regipay Consulting, a sole trader established in the United Kingdom.

As a sole trader there is no company registration number. The trading address above is given because a distance seller must provide a geographic address; it is not a shop or a returns address, and it cannot accept callers or deliveries. Returns are handled through the process in our Returns & Refunds policy.
Tax status
We are not registered for VAT. No VAT is charged on any order, no VAT is included in any price, and we cannot issue VAT invoices or VAT receipts. The price shown for each item is the total payable for the goods.
Prices and payment
- Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and are the total payable for the goods. Any delivery charge is shown separately before you commit to the order.
- Payment is taken through PayPal. We do not see or store your card details.
- For goods dispatched from outside the United Kingdom, import duty and import taxes may be charged by customs or the carrier on delivery. Those charges are set and collected by the authorities or the carrier, not by us, and they are not included in the price shown. See Shipping.
The contract
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send an email confirming that the goods have been dispatched. If we cannot fulfil an order — for example the item is no longer available from our supplier, or the price was listed incorrectly — we will tell you and refund any payment in full.
Delivery
Estimated delivery windows are shown on every product page and in Shipping. Unless we agree otherwise, we will deliver within 30 days of the contract being formed. Goods are your responsibility once they are delivered to the address you gave us.
Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you may cancel within 14 days of the day after you receive the goods, without giving a reason. Full details, including how to cancel and who pays return postage, are in Returns & Refunds.
If something is wrong with the goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If they are not, you have a right to reject them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, or to ask for a repair or replacement. These rights are in addition to the 14-day cancellation right and are not affected by anything in these terms.
Your personal information
We handle your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, how long we keep it, and how to ask for it to be deleted.
Complaints and disputes
Please email support@regipayconsulting.co.uk and we will respond within [COMPLAINT RESPONSE DAYS] working days. These terms are governed by the law of [ENGLAND AND WALES / SCOTLAND / NORTHERN IRELAND], and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that jurisdiction. Nothing here limits your right to bring a claim in your local court.
